Questions, answered plainly.

01Is there a limit to how much I can use zkpass?
Free accounts get 20 text prompts and 25 images per day. Pro removes the text limit and raises images to 1,000 per day, while video, music and speech are paid from credits. Every plan includes uncensored models and zero-retention inference.
02What are credits?
Credits are the single meter for premium work: frontier models, video, music, speech, high-res image models and the API. Standard chat and images are covered by your plan and still record usage so you can audit it. New accounts start with 500 credits.
03Do you train on my prompts?
No. Prompts are never used for training, never sold, and never shared with advertisers. Private models run with zero data retention; anonymized frontier models receive no identifying metadata. You can delete any conversation or your entire account at any time.
04How can web search be private?
Search is proxied server-side through a no-tracking endpoint and your identity is never attached to the query. Results are injected into the conversation as cited sources, then discarded — they are not stored in a search history.
05What's the difference between Private, Anonymized, TEE and E2EE?
Private means open-weight models hosted with zero retention. Anonymized means frontier third-party models with all identifying metadata stripped. TEE runs inference inside hardware enclaves zkpass cannot inspect. E2EE encrypts prompts in your browser before they leave the device, so only the enclave can decrypt them.
06Can I build on the API?
Yes. The API is OpenAI-compatible: point any SDK at https://zkpass.si/api/v1, create a key in the developer console, and use the same models and credits as the studio. Streaming, vision, image generation and usage reporting are included.
07How do I keep the same character or face across images?
Use a fixed seed with a consistency model (FLUX.1 Kontext or Seedance for video), keep the subject description verbatim, and change only the scene. Saved seeds are attached to every generated image in your library.
08Is zkpass affiliated with another AI provider?
No. zkpass is an independent studio build and is not affiliated with any other AI provider. It ships with a local demo model, so it runs without an external API key.
